To use the service, you should follow this procedure:

• Step 1 – send a message using the form: provide your personal details, telephone number or email address and describe your legal problem.
• Step 2 – Wait for a reply email confirming the reception of the question by the Office and specifying, after an analysis, the cost of advice and  deadline for order delivery. You may be asked to provide additional details concerning the actual status. 
• Step 3 – one of the employees will send you a reply in the form of advice or opinion via email in the form of a text document within 3 to 7 days after the payment made to the provided bank account is booked. Irrespective of the opinion provided via the Internet, you have the right to obtain an opinion at the Office, without additional costs (one-off possibility, on a suitable date agreed with the lawyer).
